Introduction to the SOAP Method
Module One introduces the purpose and structure of the SOAP documentation method and its role in Ontario and Canadian human service settings. Learners will understand the four components—Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan—and the key question each section addresses. Subjective (S)
